My passion is helping my clients regain a sense of health and balance. Whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a triathlon, or looking for a serene oasis to escape, I can create the right experience just for you. I am trained in a variety of techniques, including Swedish Relaxation for calming the mind and body, Deep Tissue muscle and joint relief, Sports Pre-event, Post-event, Recovery and Maintenance, Therapeutic Massage for osteoarthritis and nerve pain, and Energy Work for spiritual balancing. I've also successfully treated PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Vertigo, and other mental health conditions. I consider your goals and expectations to custom design the perfect massage for you.
