Meet Jennifer

I obtained my massage education from the Central Florida School of Massage Therapy located in Winter Park, Florida, and also have certifications in Aromatherapy, Personal Training, and Rehabilitative Fitness. Before becoming a massage therapist, I completed a BA in Psychology and MRE in religious education. I've worked at the YMCA teaching water fitness and Tai Chi for Balance and strength, and taught sailing lessons for many years. 

I love the ocean, sailing my 16-foot MC Scow, and hanging out with my kids. I like to keep up with the latest news in health and fitness, especially essential oil health therapy. 

I believe in treating clients with a holistic approach including every aspect of being, including spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional.
